In 2021 we launched our Member Forum, which offers you the chance to help make our communications and website better.Your feedback has helped us to make changes to our communications to ensure they're helpful and clear and to plan for the future.
We send emails to the Member Forum on various topics, usually with a survey attached. We ask you to review content and provide feedback or to give us information about your own experiences.We then feed this information back into the business, to help with projects such as IT changes, engagement plans and the retirement process (amongst others).
Over 800 of you signed up to be part of our Member Forum. This includes Scheme members on all different parts of their career path and into retirement.
If you'd like to join the Member Forum all you need to do is complete this short form (see example opposite). You've always got the option to opt out if you change your mind at a later date.
