Over the last few years we've ran regular training to provide members with the opportunity to learn more about their Scheme. We asked the Member Forum for feedback on these sessions and how we could enrich our current training and ideas for the future.

When asked about the type of training you'd like, most people responded wanting to know more about retirement planning and the application process. This has helped us to refine our ‘Planning for Retirement’ session.

We send regular customer satisfaction surveys to members to understand how well we’re serving our customers. We were amending the questions to gather further feedback and asked the Member Forum for your opinion on the proposed changes. Your feedback has been invaluable in ensuring these questions are clear, understandable and relevant to our members.
As part of your feedback many of you completed our ICS survey. ICS are an external organisation and using their data we're able to benchmark our services against similar organisations. This allows us to look for areas of improvement.
