To ensure the correct pension is paid to you, it’s vital that we have your most up to date information on our records. This includes your bank details.
You'll need to ensure we've the correct PAYE name as well as the account number and sort code. In most cases this should match how your name appears on your bank card. The account (in most cases) should be in your name (or a joint account). You can update your details on My Pension Online. We’re unable to accept changes to your bank details via phone, secure message or the web chat/WhatsApp service.
Your tax code
HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) tell us how much tax to take from your pension through your tax code. We’re unable to change your tax code unless we’ve been instructed to do so by HMRC. If you want to ask about your tax code or tax liability, please write to:
